Graff Search is recruiting an In-house Real Estate Lawyer for a purpose-led, quality-driven real estate business based in East London, UK. Operating with a compact legal team, the role involves working closely with the Head of Legal on all real estate and general commercial matters supporting office space, residential property, and hotel developments across the UK and Europe.

- Qualified commercial real estate lawyer with broad transaction experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and strategic real estate transactions.
- Prior real estate development experience is well-regarded.
- General commercial or in-house operational experience (such as compliance, company secretarial work, or data privacy) is advantageous.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage and advise on all real estate matters in close coordination with the Head of Legal.
- Handle acquisitions, disposals, and asset management transactions.
- Engage in general commercial matters relating to the daily operations and strategic growth of the UK business.
- Collaborate directly with internal business teams across a company size of fewer than 70 people.
