This brands business produces luxury consumer products sold and distributed globally, in all markets around the world.
About the Opportunity
The business now has an opportunity for a lawyer to join the business and provide key legal support to the marketing of its products. The vast majority of the marketing is digital and as a result, the role will also advise on consumer data matters and work with the team to ensure customer data is correctly managed. You will be involved with marketing regulatory compliance (ASA, etc), brand protection, digital and tech in relation to the promotion and protection of the company’s portfolio of high profile brands.
About You
The position will best suit a marketing lawyer who with data privacy and digital experience who enjoys partnering with a business and working on marketing initiatives. A background in brands would be useful, along with experience working with the ASA and the ICO. An interest in luxury products would be useful.
