The Opportunity: The company now has a need for a senior lawyer to join the business as the sole lawyer for the company. As Group Legal Counsel, you will work closely with senior management and manage all legal matters for the business. The opportunity will suit an individual with experience in the FMCG industry who enjoys a commercial environment, working with brands and variety. The work will range from commercial matters to IP, marketing, regulatory matters (packaging, etc) as well as risk and compliance and governance. You will be involved with the running of the business on a day-to-day and strategic level.
About You: A broad general commercial skill-set is ideal, with experience in the FMCG sector (drinks or food) probably being key. A keen interest in brands and an interest in working for a growing and agile brands business, rolling your sleeves up and really getting behind the brands is also key.
