This leading consumer healthcare business manufactures, supplies and distributes many of the healthcare and pharmaceutical products we use in our daily lives. As a truly international business with more than 40,000 employees and with acquisitions on the horizon, the business has a need for an Employment Lawyer to support the UK and wider EMEA business.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high quality employment law matters, including M&A, industrial relations, global mobility and employee relations as well as day to day employment matters including complex settlement agreements, HR policies and procedures and best practice across the business. You will work closely with the business on a wide range of matters, leading and advising on all aspects of employment law, performance matters and employment strategies.

Flexibility
This is a truly unique opportunity to work with a large and complex international business on complicated HR and employment law matters for the EMEA business. The business offers a permanent remote location (with the occasional meeting), quality work, external legal support for all the jurisdictions the business is in and genuine flexibility.
