This leading consumer healthcare business manufactures, supplies, and distributes many of the healthcare and pharmaceutical products we use daily. As a truly international business with more than 40,000 employees and with acquisitions on the horizon, the business needs an Employment Lawyer to support the UK and wider EMEA regions.

In this role, you will work on high-quality employment law matters, including M&A, industrial relations, global mobility, and employee relations, as well as day-to-day employment issues such as complex settlement agreements, HR policies, and procedures. You will collaborate closely with the business, leading and advising on all employment law aspects, performance matters, and employment strategies.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a large, complex international business on intricate HR and employment law issues across the EMEA region. The company offers a permanent remote working arrangement (with occasional meetings), quality work, external legal support across jurisdictions, and genuine flexibility.
