We are working with a major retail organisation in the search for a Data Privacy Specialist for their London operation. This is a permanent position, sitting within their Legal team in London, reporting to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and working with a small team of privacy specialists. The role is suitable for a mid‑level Data Privacy specialist who has handled a broad range of privacy matters and enjoys variety. The role spans all areas of the business – legal, marketing, HR, digital, IT security – and involves providing advice and support. Applications are accepted from any regulated industry sector. Permanent role / Hybrid working arrangement in London.
About You
- 3 to 4 years privacy experience (all levels considered).
- Legal background or qualification would be ideal.
- Previous experience in a recognised organisation – either in private practice (law firm) or in‑house.
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and clearly communicate.
- Interest in data privacy / cyber security is advantageous.
- Data privacy accreditations beneficial.
- Interest in tech and AI helpful.
