The organisation now has an opportunity for a corporate or corporate/commercial lawyer to join and provide wide-ranging legal support. The role focuses on important and innovative philanthropic work, providing advice and guidance on the development of projects, reviewing and drafting agreements with grantees and partners, and providing guidance on governance as well as processes and procedures. You will advise on governance matters and support initiatives and projects.
The position will suit a corporate or corporate/commercial lawyer who enjoys variety and is looking to truly be part of something making an impact.
