Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in London. The company focuses on manufacturing branded and non-branded pharmaceutical products and delivering these around the globe.

A new opportunity now exists to join the global legal team based in central London. In this role, you will lead on a wide range of commercial contracts for the global business as well as advising on a wide range of day to day business matters relating to corporate and finance matters, data privacy, industry regulations, finance and life sciences.

You will support and work closely with the Tax and Company Secretarial teams, managing the legal aspects of intra-group restructuring projects. You will have direct access to the senior management team and be close to the decision makers of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate or Commercial Lawyer who is looking to move in-house and take on a highly varied, business focused position. The role would also suit a pharmaceutical lawyer who is looking to join a new business and have direct access to senior management.

The successful candidate will be expected to be proactive at problem-solving, be able to work with a business at all levels and be able to manage a large number of matters ranging from complex transactions to essential day to day advice.
