This high-end consumer brand now has a rare opportunity for a commercial lawyer to join the business.

The role will have responsibility for a wide variety of supply and distribution matters for specific divisions of the business. You will lead on the negotiations of complex commercial agreements, often relating to the practical side of the business including warehousing, logistics and supply chain. You will advise on matters relating to selective distribution and you will work closely with IP and marketing.

Ideally, you will have broad general commercial experience gained in-house, although experience acting for consumer, retail, FMCG and fashion brands in private practice will also suit. Supply and distribution experience is key. Any Competition experience would also be welcome. The role requires a strong commercial mindset and a demonstrated commitment to high working standards. This is a unique opportunity to join a high profile business in a key role for the legal team.
