Legal Counsel, Retail Immediate Start! Contract or Permanent The Business We are working with a high growth company which enables retail and fashion companies to scale globally, providing exceptional customer service and an excellent customer experience. The Opportunity The business is now looking for a Commercial Lawyer ideally with Retail experience who is immediately available to join its small and growing legal team. The position will best suit an individual who is comfortable working directly with the business, who has a keen interest in the retail sector and who enjoys variety. The role will ideally become a permanent position but key is someone who can start quite quickly, they are busy and need immediate support. The role will be largely general commercial with tech and e-commerce, IP and data privacy as well as corporate, risk and governance matters. You will also have exposure to retail and consumer brands. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a business which is in growth mode, where things can change quickly and where everyone is working together to make things happen. About You A broad general commercial contracts background is key, most likely with experience acting for or working with a consumer business or a retail business. Additional experience in tech and digital as well as data privacy would be useful.
