Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in London. The company focuses on manufacturing branded and non-branded pharmaceutical products and delivering these around the globe.
The company now has a need for a commercial lawyer, ideally with life sciences experience, to join the global legal team. In this role, you will lead on a wide range of commercial contracts for the global business as well as advising on a wide range of day to day business matters relating to distribution and supply, data privacy, industry regulations and direct business matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Life Sciences or Commercial Lawyer who is looking to take on a highly varied, business focused position. The role would also suit a pharmaceutical lawyer who is looking to join a new business and have direct access to senior management or a corporate/commercial lawyer with exposure to pharma and biotech.
The role offers the opportunity to work in a high calibre team with exposure to excellent quality work.
