The business now has a need for an IP lawyer to join and provide dedicated IP legal support to its brands. The work will involve providing legal advice relating to the business on IP and trade marks as well as managing the IP portfolio. You will also play a key role in protecting and enforcing IP rights. You will review IP licences as well as the IP provisions of large commercial contracts. A key part of the role will be to partner closely with the brands team, protecting and maintaining brands and supporting on strategic IP projects.
This is a unique opportunity for an IP lawyer to join a retail brands business in a key role relating to protection of these brands. The role will best suit an IP lawyer with strong brands experience as well as protection and enforcement experience.
