The business now has a need for a Commercial Lawyer to join a busy team for 6 months. The role will take responsibility for a wide range of matters relating to retail activities, everything from sourcing and purchasing third party products to manufacturing and selling products. You will advise on and work on tenders, procurement and contracts management systems.
With a diverse portfolio of products, the position will be busy and will give you the opportunity to work directly with the product teams, marketing teams, and the IP team across Europe. You will have the opportunity to establish strong relationships and truly partner with the business, supporting this business in its growth of market share in a highly competitive environment.
The role will best suit a commercial lawyer with a solid understanding of retail, FMCG or consumer matters. Experience with the retail process, from inception to sales to ending products is also key.
