The business now has an opportunity for a senior Employment lawyer to join the UK and wider EMEA business. You will work closely with the business on a wide range of matters, leading and advising on all aspects of employment law, employee relations, performance matters, employment strategies and industrial relations. You will work closely with the UK, EMEA and often wider international HR teams, implementing policies and procedures, ensuring cohesion and best practice across the business internationally.
Given the international nature of the business, there is no office requirement for this role; it is remote. There will be the occasional team meeting or need for EMEA travel but the rest of the time, the role is genuinely remote.
