Legal Counsel - Retail Tech

Graff Search is recruiting a Legal Counsel for a high-growth retail tech company that enables global scaling for fashion and retail brands. The role involves working closely with the business to manage a variety of legal matters in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience working with or for consumer/retail businesses.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and managing general commercial contracts.
• Advising on tech, e-commerce, IP, and data privacy matters.
• Supporting corporate, risk, and governance functions.
• Collaborating directly with business stakeholders to facilitate growth.
