The Opportunity
In this role, you are responsible for executing key elements of the regional marketing plan with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Strategic priorities are set by your manager; your focus is on delivering assigned initiatives effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Approximately 25% of your time is expected to be self-directed, with the remainder focused on executing established priorities. Success in this role comes from strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage details without letting anything fall through the cracks. AI is an integrated part of how our team operates, and you will be expected to use it appropriately to improve efficiency and productivity while maintaining accountability for the quality, accuracy, and integrity of your work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute assigned tasks from planning through post-event follow-up, including vendor coordination, registration management, logistics, and asset review.
- Build and manage event registrations, attendee communications, and campaign workflows in Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com using established processes and templates.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of event setup, assets, and attendee experiences before launch.
- Maintain accurate project timelines, status updates, and program data, and generate post-event reports using standard reporting tools.
- Support ABM and regional marketing programs by executing assigned activities such as email builds, landing page setup, paid social coordination, and asset quality assurance, collaborating with Sales and SDR teams, and escalating risks when needed.
- Support budget tracking, PO management, and invoice coordination in collaboration with finance.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in content creation, data management, quality assurance, and reporting while ensuring deliverables are accurate and complete.
- Region specific: Coordinate localisation requests and manage asset distribution across EMEA / APAC markets.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years in field or regional marketing, or events.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday, or the ability to ramp quickly in existing tools.
- Comfort using AI in everyday work, with the judgment to validate and refine its output.
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
- Region specific: Nice to have: Local language — a plus for localisation work, but not required; the role operates in English.
Compensation & Rewards
