My new luxury real estate client has an opportunity for an experienced and exceptional Marketing Manager to join their team.
This is a London office-based role with primary responsibilities including developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, manage marketing campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, coordinate content creation, and manage digital marketing efforts to drive engagement and performance. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience at the top end of the market. This individual will play a key role in ensuring project success.
Responsibilities- Go-to-Market Strategy: Support development and execution of the global marketing strategy for residences; Support sales function, aligning brand positioning with sales strategy
- Brand & Positioning: Ensure all marketing reflects the brand pillars
- Global Campaign Management: Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across key markets of UK, Middle East, North America, Asia, overseeing digital campaigns, print and editorial placements, partnerships and collaborations
- Sales Support: work with Sales team and brokers to ensure consistent messaging, high quality collateral, and tailored materials for different buyer segments
- Experience & Events: identify and manage private client dinners, roadshows, VIP preview experiences to ensure best-in-class luxury experiences
- Content & Creative Direction: deliver brochures, film, photography, digital content with appointed agencies, maintaining exceptional standards of design, tone and storytelling
- Performance & Reporting: provide regular reporting on lead generation and buyer engagement
- Ideally a business or marketing degree
- Minimum 3+ years' experience working for high end luxury property developer or hospitality brand
- Ability to work independently
- Highly detail-oriented with strong aesthetic judgement
- Experience identifying and managing brand partnerships
- Fluent with social media
- Confident, collaborative and commercially aware
