The role

Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs and optimise manufacturing processes. About you – what you'll bring:
- An Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Practical experience within manufacturing environment
- A proven track record of delivering process improvement and cost reduction projects
- Experience using Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, able to link technical improvements to financial benefits
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Naturally curious and driven to improve processes
- Highly organised and focused on delivering results
- Strong influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
