Due to continued growth and international success, we are seeking a Compliance Engineer to join our team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the compliance of raw materials, purchased components and finished products through robust testing programmes, technical analysis and adherence to relevant legislation and industry standards.

As our compliance specialist, you will act as a trusted internal advisor on regulatory requirements, helping to maintain product quality, integrity and performance. As Compliance Engineer, you will:

  • Manage, coordinate and interpret routine testing programmes for raw materials and finished products, working closely with accredited third-party laboratories.
  • Ensure testing methodologies and standards remain aligned with current legislation, industry best practice and customer requirements.
  • Provide technical advice, written reports and compliance guidance to customer support teams and external customers.
  • Research, develop and enhance testing methods to meet evolving product, market and customer specifications, including international requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory developments to ensure ongoing product compliance.
  • To be successful in this role, you will have experience in performance testing and a good understanding of manufacturing processes, supported by strong analytical, numerical and data interpretation skills. Strong organisational and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
