Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Gradus – Area Sales Manager in the south central region covering DT, BH, SO, SP, RG, OX, HP, SL, WD, HA. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities with flooring contractors, distributors and architects, building relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role involves regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Relevant flooring sale experience is not essential but beneficial
  • Sales Management, Relationship Building, and Sales Strategy skills
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of interior contract solutions or related industry
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in project management is a plus
