The Role
As a Graduate Technical Account Manager, you will support the preparation of technical and commercial quotations for specialist products and bespoke engineering solutions while developing strong customer relationships. Working closely with experienced colleagues, suppliers, and customers, you will gain valuable exposure to engineering proposals, customer requirements, account management, and commercial processes. You will also receive specialist training at the company’s dedicated academy in Italy, providing valuable international exposure and technical development. This role would suit someone with a technical mindset who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for products and spares, including bespoke engineering solutions
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues to gather technical and commercial information
- Support customer relationships and deliver excellent service to key accounts
- Ensure proposals comply with company standards and contractual requirements
- Support the timely delivery of proposals for pressure control and metering equipment
- Attend internal and external company meetings
- Develop an understanding of UK utilities supply chains
- Conduct all activities in line with company values, including reliability, excellence, communication, innovation, teamwork, sincerity, and commitment
About You

Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Full UK Driving Licence
Skills & Experience:
- Exposure to technical/engineering sales, quotations, customer-facing roles, or commercial engineering through placements, internships, university projects, or early career experience would be advantageous
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and priorities concurrently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
