You'll be the friendly point of contact for suppliers, supporting them via email, phone, live chat, and webinars, while working closely with Account Managers and the Data Team to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands‐on role where you'll learn about environmental compliance, improve your communication and Excel skills, and get to know a company genuinely committed to sustainability.

What you'll be doing

  • Customer support & communication
  • Respond to suppliers and clients via email, phone, and live chat
  • Conduct webinars to help suppliers understand the data submission process
  • Support Account Managers with environmental calculations
  • Data management
    • Collect and process supplier data using in-house software
    • Clean, check, and improve accuracy in the supplier database
    • Analyse Plastic Tax evidence according to HMRC rules
    • Spot anomalies in the Data Hub and share feedback with the development team
  • Regulatory understanding & development
    • Complete training on regulations
    • Provide input to improve engagement processes
    • Work within company policies, ISO standards, and Health & Safety guidelines

    What we're looking for

    • Accurate, detail‐oriented, and task‐driven
    • Confident communicating verbally and in writing
    • Comfortable working independently and in a team
    • Professional and polite in all interactions
    • Interested in environmental issues (a bonus!)
    • Comfortable using Excel and working with data
    • Office experience via email or phone is helpful but not essential — enthusiasm and a willingness to learn count just as much.

    Why you'll love working here

Our client has created a friendly, supportive, flexible environment where you can grow, learn, and enjoy what you do. You'll get:

    • Hybrid working / dual location flexibility
    • Participation in the annual Incentive Plan (up to 10% bonus)
    • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
    • Option to buy or sell up to 9 extra days
    • Birthday off
    • A paid volunteering day
    • Access to private medical insurance, cycle to work, and subsidised gym
    • Life Assurance, Critical Illness, and Income Protection schemes
