Graduate Talent is pleased to be working with a fast-growing e-commerce client based in Stratford-upon-Avon. We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join as a Graduate Account Manager, supporting customer accounts, managing enquiries, and helping drive growth across their online platforms. This is a full-time, office-based role.

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (30 min lunch)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: £24,000 per year
- Bonus: Monthly commission scheme
What you’ll be doing
- Managing inbound customer accounts and guiding them through the buying process
- Building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
- Advising customers on products and helping them find the right solutions
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell across the product ranges
- Responding to customer and supplier queries via phone and email
- Resolving issues and ensuring an excellent after-sales experience
- Reviewing customer feedback and suggesting improvements
- Supporting the wider team with general admin and day-to-day tasks
