About the role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly expert for a group of customers — supporting them, guiding them through environmental compliance, and helping them make positive change with confidence.
What you'll be doing
A great mix of relationship-building and data work, perfect if you like variety. You’ll:
- Look after your own customer accounts and be their go-to contact.
- Build strong, supportive relationships.
- Work with data (mostly in Excel) to make sure everything is accurate.
- Explain sometimes-complex info in a clear, human way.
- Stay organised and plan ahead to meet deadlines smoothly.
- Learn about environmental regulations (full training provided!).
- You’ll also get the chance to specialise in UK or international compliance as you grow.
