About the role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the friendly expert for a group of customers — supporting them, guiding them through environmental compliance, and helping them make positive change with confidence.

What you'll be doing

  • A great mix of relationship-building and data work, perfect if you like variety.
  • You’ll look after your own customer accounts and be their go-to contact.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships.
  • Work with data (mostly in Excel) to make sure everything is accurate.
  • Explain sometimes-complex info in a clear, human way.
  • Stay organised and plan ahead to meet deadlines smoothly.
  • Learn about environmental regulations (full training provided!).
  • You’ll also get the chance to specialise in UK or international compliance as you grow.
