What type of things will I be working on?
On this 2-year Graduate scheme starting September 2027, you will work within our IT & Security department, where you will help support, develop and continuously improve the business applications and technology platforms used across our global organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Support and troubleshoot business-critical applications, investigating issues and helping users resolve technical problems.
- Configure, develop and test application enhancements, workflows and integrations using technologies such as SQL, JavaScript, C#/.NET and low-code tools.
- Work with teams across the business to understand requirements, improve processes and support the delivery of new systems, automation and technical solutions.

Where will I be working?
This role is based out of one of our main sites in Wotton-under Edge in Gloucestershire. Since our Renishaw sites are located in semi-rural areas, applicants should ensure they have reliable means of transport to reach the site, as public transportation options may be limited. Alternatively, applicants should be willing to relocate to the local area.
What do I need?
We’re looking for passionate candidates expecting a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant IT discipline.
Training and development is excellent so candidates with no experience but a keen interest in Business IT Software will be strongly considered. If you are excited about the role but feel as though you don’t meet all the requirements, we would encourage you still to apply.
