What type of things will I be working on?

On this 2-year Graduate scheme starting September 2026, you will undergo 4, 6-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across a range of projects that support the commercial operations at Renishaw within our product divisions, sales subsidiaries and corporate marketing function. This includes:

  • Content management and creation
  • eCommerce and web development
  • Marketing operations and communication
  • Business Development
  • Product lifecycle and manufacturing techniques
  • Market and financial analysis
  • Commercial operations – purchasing/procurement, sales systems

What’s on offer?

£30k starting salary plus £1000 sign-on bonus. Flexible & hybrid working available (team dependent). Where will I be working?

This role is based out of one of our main sites in New Mills near Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire. Since our Renishaw sites are located in semi-rural areas, applicants should ensure they have reliable means of transport to reach the site, as public transportation options may be limited. Alternatively, applicants should be willing to relocate to the local area.

What do I need?

We’re looking for students in a relevant Business discipline such as, Business Management, Marketing or International Business.
