A leading manufacturer of specialist hydraulic and measurement control products. They support a global client base in the industrial, mobile, and agricultural sectors to helping to diagnose hydraulic faults, verify hydraulic conditions and achieve repeatable hydraulic control.
The Role
Working as a Business systems analyst you will support the improvement of both business processes and systems across the company. The role will see you bridge operations and IT ensuring ERP and other systems are aligned to real business needs.
What you will be doing:
This is a great opportunity to start your career in a role that will offer real exposure and responsibility in business critical operational and technology based projects. The role will have 3 main areas of focus and you can expect to work in projects across:
Business process improvement β You will collaborate with teams across the business to identify and understand inefficiencies. You will then gather and document requirements allowing you to implement improved ways of working.
ERP and Systems Development β You will support configuration and improvement of the ERP system through delivering improved user interfaces and migration of the system to a web based UI. You will also ensure Data consistency and effective systems usage
Systems Integration β You will help reduce manual process and deliver automation by identifying how the ERP can be connected to other internal systems and through the adoption of Automation and AI tool

What we are looking for:
We are able to consider candidates from all degree backgrounds but you must have demonstrable knowledge of experience in both Business process and technology. In addition you should:
β Have a curiosity and desire to understand how systems and process work in a business context
β Be a natural problem solver with an analytical approach to complex issues
β A desire to work in a role where you will engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and department leads
β Be able to convey technical issues to non technical colleagues
Previous exposure to ERP systems, data tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI and Automation or AI tool (power automate Chat GPT or similar) will be highly beneficial.
