The Opportunity
This is a brilliant role for someone who wants to combine software skills with customer facing activities.
The role of the Professional Services team is to combine an understanding of customer requirements with a working knowledge of the client's Software platform in order to configure software solutions and change requests. You will actively work with clients, gain a deep level of technical knowledge and be able to get industry certifications
What you will be doing:
Liaise with clients to gather and document upgrade or new functionality requirements.
Produce and complete scripted tests to ensure their integrity, and implement these solutions to the customer base.
Create SQL database scripts and stored procedures, XML/XSL scripting and also configure complex software systems.

What we are looking for:
You should have an analytical mindset with a passion for problem solving
You will be confident collaborating and communicating with clients
You are comfortable working across multiple teams
You will be adaptable and able to jump from project to project
A technical background is not essential but any exposure to SQL, Python, Relational Databases and both windows and Linux operating systems would be advantageous
