About the Role
GRB are looking for an ambitious and motivated graduate to join an ACA Training Programme with an ambitious firm in the Reading area. As an ACA Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of accounting and finance while studying towards the ICAEW Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA). This is an opportunity to start your career at a firm that values people development, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Perform analysis of financial data and help prepare management accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards
