An established UK-based Fire & Security business, founded in the early 2000s, specialises in the design, engineering, and ongoing support of bespoke fire and security systems nationwide. Over time, the company has evolved from operating primarily as an installation provider into a more consultative partner, delivering tailored, solution-led offerings rather than standardised packages. They are a well-established yet growing organisation, now focused on strengthening their commercial presence by enhancing their marketing approach and improving how they generate new business opportunities.

This role sits between marketing and sales, and you will be responsible for finding and winning new business opportunities and helping them to build long-term relationships. It is designed as a pathway into Account Management within 12–18 months.

You will:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain new business relationships
  • Run LinkedIn and email campaigns
  • Create marketing materials, presentations and case studies
  • Support the Sales Director directly
  • Feed qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline

This is not a call-centre role. It is a strategic sales support position. You will be rewarded financially when the opportunities you help generate convert into revenue.
