In this role, you will be responsible for the face-to-face communication streams for the business - this includes their internal training days and workshops. You will bridge the gap between different teams and consultants for them to share knowledge and information effectively to offer the best service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the administration and liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers as required.
- Managing the help desk service to support consultants who need more training.
- Maintaining the internal CRM systems.
- Deliver high-quality facilities support to colleagues & Consultants.
