This company has over 20 years’ experience, placing them as the biggest retailer of photography and videography equipment in the UK. They are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Commercial Account Coordinator to join their photo and retail development team. This is on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract basis with the opportunity to go permanent.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be the go-to person for corporate customers, combining product knowledge with top-tier organisation to deliver a seamless experience from first enquiry to final delivery.
- Providing expert advice and accurate quotes to business customers.
- Managing the full customer journey, working with internal teams and suppliers to track pricing and delivery.
- Responding to emails and calls, solving problems quickly and professionally.
- Keeping up to date with the latest photography and video technology.
Your Objectives?
- Deliver a warm, professional service on every call and email, taking ownership for the customer journey once onboarded.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and on time, spotting stock and supply chain issues early.
- Keep in touch with existing customers to introduce new products and services.
- Keep customer records, quotes, and orders accurate and up to date.
- Manage backorders and help get stock to customers as soon as it lands.
Who you’ll work with:
You’ll be part of a small, supportive B2B team (around five people), reporting into experienced managers and working closely with multiple internal departments and external suppliers. It’s a role with loads of collaboration and relationship-building, including bi-monthly UK-based travel for client visits and events.
What Do You Need?
Any degree background will be considered but a genuine interest in photography and videography equipment is essential. (This could be a hobby, but you will need to keep up to date with industry trends.) Some administrative experience in an office-based environment.
