The Role
As a Graduate Associate Consultant, you will learn how to manage the full recruitment process within a specialist technology market. You will receive hands-on training in business development, candidate sourcing, market research and relationship management. Over time, you will build your own network of clients and technology professionals, identify commercial opportunities and develop the confidence to manage a 360 recruitment desk. This role offers clear room to grow, strong earning potential and the opportunity to build a long-term career in technology recruitment.
- Research technology markets and identify emerging hiring trends.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their recruitment needs.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Source, assess and shortlist suitable technology candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify new client and candidate opportunities within target markets.
