The Role

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will join a team led by an experienced Head of Data and work alongside colleagues across data engineering, data science and analytics.

Several other graduates are already part of the team, creating a supportive environment where you can ask questions, exchange ideas and build confidence. You will contribute to live analytical projects while developing the technical, commercial and communication skills needed for a long-term career in data.

• Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and potential investment opportunities.
• Help build data tools and products used in investment decision-making.
• Turn complex findings into clear insights for business stakeholders.
• Support strategic projects with accurate, evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineering, data science and analytics colleagues.
• Develop commercial awareness by seeing how data shapes investment choices.

Requirements

Must-Have

• A degree in IT, mathematics, statistics, engineering or a related analytical subject.
• Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with numerical information.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain findings simply.
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning from others.
• Availability to work five days a week from the Soho office.
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
