The Company
Based in a central London HQ, you’ll join an established and growing property business focused on improving the student living experience across university cities throughout the UK. Technology is central to how the business supports customers and scales its operations, from digital services and data to its bespoke customer portal. You’ll work with a broad, collaborative team spanning property, finance, marketing, sales and operations, giving you genuine exposure to how a growing business uses technology to improve its service.
The Role
As a Graduate Systems Analyst, you’ll sit within the Systems team and work across the organisation to identify better ways of working. You’ll connect business users with developers, translate requirements into practical solutions and use SQL and data to support important decisions. You’ll also contribute to the company’s AI strategy, exploring tools such as ChatGPT and Claude and helping colleagues use them effectively. With exposure to software testing, system rollouts, process improvement and digital projects, you’ll develop a broad technology skill set while learning how systems support a customer journey from property search through to tenancy.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical system improvements.
- Analyse SQL data to create reports and support business cases.
- Translate business requirements into clear development tasks.
- Support AI adoption and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Maintain system documentation and promote strong data quality.
- Coordinate bug fixes, feature requests, testing and system roll-outs.

Requirements
You will either have studied Computer Science, IT or have experience and knowledge of a broad range of tech. You will enjoy researching new technologies and methodologies in your own time and you will likely have built software, tools and implemented AI into your own projects. In addition you should:
- Be a natural problem solver who enjoys fixing things
- Be confident communicating and working with a wide range of colleagues
- Be familiar with AI tools such as Chat GPT and Claude
- Have an interest in data technologies such as SQL, Python and Power BI
- Understand Code and be able to discuss programming projects with developers
- Have an interest in Property
Previous work experience in a customer or client facing role will be highly beneficial, especially if that role was in the tech space such as help desk or support.
