This is the chance to work for a team of Directors and Consultants that has grown together for over 25 years with comprehensive and proprietary research resources. The Company's search capabilities span all products and functions within the Financial Services sector where the firm operates at all levels of seniority and experience. My client's commercial practice specialises in the sourcing and advising of Board-level appointments, including Chairmen, Non-Executive Directors, Chief Executives and Finance Directors for both publicly quoted and private companies in the UK, Europe and elsewhere.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to senior clients and high-profile C-suite business leaders. You will get the chance to:
- Conduct in-depth company, market and candidate research
- Produce high-quality written analysis on board and leadership topics
- Produce shortlists of C-suite-level business leaders and help them make their next moves
- Manage data, insights and project deliverables
- Work closely with Partners and Associates across multiple engagements
