- Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates.
- Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships.
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360).
- Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face.
What You Will Need:
- A 2:1 or above in your chosen subject (or equivalent).
- You will need to be committed as it does take a while to be successful.
- You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be networking with C Level executives.
- You will need to be a hard worker who enjoys being busy and achieving.
- Evidence of being a high achiever (this can be shown through academics, work experience or extra-curriculars).
- Interest in finance and accountancy would be beneficial.
- Must be fluent in French.
