Graduate Property Manager - £25k- Central London - ASAP start
A great opportunity for a recent graduate with an passion for property to gain hands-on experience and career growth.
Day-to-day:
- Managing a portfolio of properties within London
- On-site inspections and reporting to clients
- Communicating with tenants and clients through phone or email
- Organising inspection reports, fire risk assessments and following through with action points
- Participating in AGMs
- Issuing notices and tendering for Section 20 works and carrying out tender analysis
- Valuations

What you need for this role:
- Recent graduate of a Real Estate or related degree (2:1 and above)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to a basic level
- Ability to interview and start ASAP
