The Role

As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you'll help develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns for high-profile business events. Working alongside experienced colleagues across marketing, sales, production and design, you'll develop valuable skills in digital marketing, campaign management and commercial analysis.

You'll have opportunities to contribute creative ideas, understand audience behaviour and measure campaign success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and deliver email, social media and digital marketing campaigns.

• Create engaging copy for websites, promotional materials and email communications.

• Research target audiences and manage segmented marketing databases.

• Monitor campaign performance, analysing engagement, leads and revenue.

• Update event websites and collaborate with internal teams on promotional content.

• Build relationships with media partners and support campaign budgets.

Requirements

Must-Have

• A 2:1 degree or above, plus A-level grades of AAB or higher.

• Strong written communication, copywriting and presentation skills.

• Good Excel skills and confidence interpreting data.

• Understanding of digital marketing techniques.

• Excellent organisation, creativity and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous marketing experience, particularly within B2B or events.

• Familiarity with WordPress, CRM systems or email marketing platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics or AI marketing tools.
