The Role
As a Graduate Founder's Associate, you will work directly alongside the CEO, supporting strategic analysis, commercial decision-making and business-critical projects. You will gain exposure across finance, operations, product and commercial functions while developing your analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. The role offers plenty of opportunity to learn, take ownership and understand how senior leaders turn data and market insight into action.
- Analyse business performance, market trends and potential growth opportunities.
- Build financial models, dashboards and management reports.
- Research competitors, industries and potential new markets.
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership meetings.
- Coordinate strategic projects and track actions across internal teams.
- Support the CEO's diary and help keep key priorities on course.
