The Role
This is a varied, customer facing role sitting at the heart of the company’s operations. After completing several weeks of structured industry training alongside a dedicated mentor, you will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring a high level of service across the business. You will manage customer enquiries via phone and email, resolving questions related to products, pricing, and availability. You will also work closely with internal teams across the business to ensure issues are handled efficiently and customers receive the best possible experience.
