Graduate Consulting Engineer in London

This exciting engineering software company provides products and consulting services to assist clients with the design of electronics and data centres in the digital infrastructure industry.

They are looking for an engineering graduate to work with them as a consultant engineer. You would be part of a dynamic team, in a varied role with an exciting array of opportunities.

Please note this position has a start date between May and June of this year

The Role Involves:

• Simulation of data centres and their supporting infrastructure, utilising their self-developed CFD and engineering simulation software
• Consultancy services for high-profile customers
• Simulation and analyses, site surveys, reporting and presenting
• Providing technical knowledge and demos in sales demonstrations
• Supporting post-sales: product and engineering support
• Assisting with designing and testing of new and updated software features
• Preparing and presenting product training courses

They are looking for a graduate with the drive and motivation to be able to hit the ground running within this busy consultancy team. Any previous work experience is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• 2:1 minimum level equivalent or above in mechanic or aerospace engineering or related field
• Knowledge of CFD and fluid mechanics / thermo-dynamics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive in nature
• Ambitious and driven
