The Role
As a Graduate Technology Consultant, you’ll join a specialist Front Office consulting team delivering CRM technology to investment-focused clients. You’ll receive comprehensive product training and learn how to understand business processes, translate requirements into technology solutions and contribute to successful project delivery. As your confidence develops, you’ll take on greater responsibility, including client workshops, requirements gathering and software demonstrations. It’s an excellent opportunity to build consulting, project management, analytical and technical skills while developing a long-term career in technology consultancy.
- Support CRM software implementation projects for private capital markets clients.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for technology-led improvements.
- Work within project management frameworks to deliver agreed milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with consultants, developers and external technology vendors.
- Gather business and technical requirements from client stakeholders.
- Develop towards leading workshops and software demonstrations.

Requirements
- We will consider applicants from all degree backgrounds but Business, Technology and Humanities graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a client or customer facing environment.
- Analytical thinking with a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and an interest in technology.
