The Role
As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will work closely with the CEO on a wide range of projects that cut across the business. One week may involve analysing performance or building a financial model, while another could focus on competitor research, a new market or a strategic project involving several internal teams. This breadth gives you the opportunity to learn how different functions contribute to business decisions while developing analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. You will also take ownership of practical tasks that help keep senior priorities and projects moving.
- Analyse business performance, market trends and potential growth opportunities
- Build financial models, dashboards and management reports
- Research competitors, industries and potential new markets
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership meetings
- Coordinate strategic projects and track actions across internal teams
- Support the CEO’s diary and help keep key priorities on course

Requirements
Must-Have
- A 2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with business information
