The Role
As an Associate Recruiter / Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging exceptional technology professionals for senior-level opportunities across the US market.
Working closely with experienced consultants, you'll learn every stage of the recuitment process, developing your commercial awareness, communication skills and ability to build lasting professional relationships. This is a fast-paced, phone-based role that offers significant responsibility from day one and the opportunity to work with high-calibre candidates and prestigious clients.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-calibre technology professionals for executive-level positions.
- Proactively approach and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Bloomberg and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess skills, experience and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare professional candidate profiles, CVs and interview notes.
- Manage and maintain an organised candidate database.
- Support consultants in delivering outstanding recruitment solutions for clients across the US technology market.
Career Development
This business believes in promoting based on performance rather than tenure. You'll begin your career as an Analyst before progressing into an Associate position and ultimately becoming a Vice President. Every milestone is clearly defined, with commission increasing as you progress and a genuine pathway towards six-figure earnings.
About You
We're looking for ambitious, resilient and commercially minded graduates who are excited by the opportunity to build a career in executive search.
You'll ideally have:
- A 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
- At least one year's experience in a customer-facing role (this can be in hospitality, sales or similar
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a strong work ethic.
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career.
- Evidence of achievement through sport, work, leadership or other competitive environments.

- £27,000-£28,000 basic salary with first-year OTE of approximately £35,000.
