This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing graduate to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic financial services environment. The role offers exposure to financial markets, ESG and sustainability developments, and strategic business initiatives. Working alongside experienced professionals across a range of projects, you will contribute to research, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities while developing a strong commercial understanding of the wider financial landscape. You will join a collaborative and fast-paced team where initiative, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills are highly valued. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to progress into a permanent position. The role is expected to commence in June or July 2026.

What could you be doing?

  • Supporting the delivery of strategic and sustainability-focused projects
  • Assisting with research into financial market trends, regulation, and emerging industry developments
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analysing data and producing insights to support business reporting and decision-making
  • Monitoring industry developments and summarising key findings for the wider team
  • Supporting meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Assisting with the maintenance of internal documentation, reports, and communications materials
  • Contributing to broader business operations, project coordination, and administrative support where required
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events, webinars, and communications initiatives

What do you need?

  • AAB at A Level (Or equivalent)
  • On track for a minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
  • A degree in Economics, Finance, Law or related could be a good fit
  • An interest in financial markets and sustainable finance
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to grasp legal, financial and technological concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Some evidence of extra-curricular achievements
  • Any relevant experience in a financial or sustainable finance environment a bonus
