The Role
As a Graduate AI Strategist, you will work on live client accounts from your first weeks, supported by the Founder and Strategy Manager. You will learn how to investigate business problems, identify valuable AI opportunities and turn those ideas into working products. You will own individual workstreams as your confidence grows, with the opportunity to progress towards managing client accounts within your first year. This is a hands-on role for a curious, forward-thinking graduate who wants to develop commercial, technical, product and consulting skills.
- Support stakeholder interviews and workshops to define business problems.
- Build practical AI prototypes that demonstrate solutions to clients.
- Create screens, workflows and mock-ups for product development.
- Test AI tools, improve prompts and identify opportunities for refinement.
- Write development tickets and collaborate closely with software developers.
- Support client onboarding, training, usage tracking and project delivery.

Requirements
We are looking for graduates who combine strong academic ability with curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn. You do not need extensive professional experience, but you should be comfortable building, communicating and taking ownership.
Must-Have
- Strong academic record from a leading university.
- Evidence of building or running something outside your degree.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about AI tools and practical product development.
- Careful approach to client data, security and confidentiality.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience using Claude Code or similar AI development tools.
