The Role: AI Orchestration & Implementation

You will act as a technical consultant, working directly with prestigious legal teams to automate complex workloads using the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence.

Your focus areas will include:

• AI Agent Integration: Using a sophisticated No-Code interface to train and deploy bespoke AI agents into global contract management lifecycles.

• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Translating intricate legal logic into actionable AI prompts and automated technical workflows.

• Process Transformation: Streamlining high-value legal operations, including document creation, contract analysis, and financial invoicing.

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Managing the technical delivery from the initial requirements gathering to final implementation and ROI analysis.

• Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Presenting technical solutions to senior leadership and ensuring the software solves their most complex business challenges.

They believe in rewarding high performance quickly, so you will receive a £32K base salary, quickly rising to £35K within your first six months, plus a quarterly bonus (up to £3K per quarter), so you can expect to earn ~40K in your first year.

Requirements:

• A 2:1 (or equivalent) in a STEM-related degree and good A levels.
• Hands-on experience prompting AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for personal, academic, or professional projects
• Evidence of managing a project from inception to completion (e.g. a final year dissertation. internship or personal project).
• The ability to simplify complex technical workflows for professional clients.
