What You’ll Be Doing
- Rotate across Sales, Marketing and Account Management, gaining exposure to the full commercial engine of JTI
- Work on live commercial projects that shape go-to-market strategy and customer experience
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and partners across the UK and internationally
- Analyse market and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Present your ideas and recommendations to senior leaders, influencing real business decisions
- Develop the confidence to challenge thinking and drive continuous improvement
